We accept bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and invoicing for commercial clients. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
All repairs come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If something we fixed develops the same fault, we'll return and put it right at no extra cost.

By booking a repair through Rocket Repairs, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all services provided by Rocket Repairs London Ltd.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Fixed-price quotes cover the scope of work described — additional work discovered on site will be quoted separately before proceeding. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due on completion of work unless a payment schedule has been agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a charge of 2% per month.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a £49 callout fee.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. This guarantee covers defects in our work only and does not extend to pre-existing issues, normal wear, or materials supplied by the client.
Rocket Repairs is fully insured with comprehensive public liability cover. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential loss or damage beyond the scope of the repair.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to deliver our services (e.g., a subcontractor attending your property) or where required by law.
We retain booking and invoice records for six years in line with UK tax obligations. Contact details are removed on request, subject to legal retention requirements.
